摘要
循环水系统的优化对提高机组运行的经济性与安全性具有重要意义。通过静态建模方法对某600 MW机组热力系统进行模型构建,并结合实验法与理论法分析了凝汽器主要热力参数(蒸汽负荷、循环水流量与初温、清洁系数等)变化对凝汽器性能的影响;确定了机组循环水系统在不同初温下的优化方案,并实例分析了循环水系统优化前后对机组经济效益的影响。
The optimization of circulating water system is of great significance for improving the safe and economical operation of thermal power units.For a 660MW unit,the thermal system configuration is established using the steady state modeling method,and combined with the theoretical and experimental methods.The effects of main thermal parameters on condenser performance are investigated,and the optimized operating scheme for the circulating water system is suggested.The comparison of economic benefit under three modes is discussed.
