摘要
目的:了解我院Ⅰ类切口围术期抗菌药物使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:回顾性分析我院2011年1—6月300份Ⅰ类切口病历围术期抗菌药物应用情况。结果:Ⅰ类切口围术期均使用了抗菌药物,抗菌药物涉及8大类19个品种,头孢菌素类使用频次最高,占40.0%(240/600),使用频次最高的药品多为头孢匹氨。初次给药时间为术前0.5～2 h者仅60例(占20.0%)。术后单一用药者87例(占29.0%)、二联用药者153例(占51.0%)、三联用药者33例(占11.0%)、四联用药者27例(占9.0%)。结论:我院Ⅰ类切口围术期抗菌药物不合理应用现象严重,应加强围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的规范化管理。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the perioperative use of antibacterials in patients undergoing type Ⅰ operation in our hospital for clinical reference of rational drug administration.METHODS： The antibiotic use in 300 patients undergoing type Ⅰ incision operation during Jan.-July period of 2011 in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively with regard to prophylactic use of antibiotics.RESULTS： The rate of patients with perioperative use of antibiotics was 100.00%.A total of 19 antibiotics in 8 categories were used,with cephalosporins leading the list in application frequency,accounting for 40.0%（240/600）,of which,cefpiramide took the lead.In terms of the initial time of administration,60 cases（20%） received antibiotics 0.5-2 hours before operation.Postoperatively,87（29.0%） received one kind of antibiotics,153（51.0%） two,33（11.0%） three and 27（9.0%） four antibiotics in combination.CONCLUSION： The perioperative period use of antibacterials for type Ⅰ incision operation patients is seriously irrational,therefore,it is urgent to strengthen standardized management on the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics.
