摘要
介绍了一种乙醛酸酯的合成方法.二乙氧基乙酸乙酯或二甲氧基乙酸甲酯与乙醛酸一水合物发生烷基的交换反应,得到的混合物经五氧化二磷处理,可得到相应的乙醛酸酯.通过试验筛选出了最佳反应时间及反应温度.目标产物经1 HNMR,13 CNMR进行了表征.采用该法能够方便地制得低沸点乙醛酸酯,并且反应收率高、条件温和、操作简单.
A new method for synthese of alkyl glyoxylate is introduced.Ehtyl and methyl glyoxylate are both prepared in high yields from an exchange reaction between the appropriate alkyl and glyoxylic acid,followed by reaction with phosphorus pentoxide.Best reaction conditions including time and temperature are found through experiment.The target productions are identified with 1 HNMR and 13 CNMR.Using this method,low-boil alkyl glyoxylate can be got in high yields through mild conditions and simple operations.
