摘要
目的:通过对急性心肌梗死(AMI)经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)患者围术期的护理,消除患者不良心理影响,使其积极配合治疗和护理。方法:收治急性心肌梗死患者100例,行冠脉介入治疗术患者施行护理,术前、术中、术后严密观察病情变化,以及健康教育防止并发症发生。结果:经过规范化全程护理,提高了治疗效果,缩短了康复时间。结论:对AMI经PCI术患者的针对性护理是PCI术成功的重要保障。
Objective：to AMI after PCI in patients with perioperative nursing care patients,to eliminate the adverse psychological effects,to actively cooperate with the treatment and care.Methods：100 patients with acute myocardial infarction coronary intervention patients nursing,preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative close observation of disease conditions,and health education to prevent complications.Results：after standardized nursing care,improve the therapeutic effect,shorten recovery time.Conclusion：the AMI after PCI in patients with pertinence nursing is the important guarantee for the success of PCI.
