摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术患者围手术期中的应用价值。方法 80例患者随机分成观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用舒适护理模式,对照组采用常规护理,比较二者护理效果。结果入院时观察组患者HAMA-14评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术前1h,观察组患者HAMA-14评分明显低于对照组,差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者入院时心理及生理舒适度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,观察组患者心理及生理舒适度评分明显优于对照组,差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理工作非常满意29例、满意10例和不满意1例;对照组非常满意8例、满意25例和不满意7例,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理舒应用于腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术患者围手术期,可以有效降低患者焦虑,提高生理及心理舒适度,提高患者对护理质量的满意度,促进患者康复。
objective to study the application value of comfortable nursing in inguinal hernia in tension-free hemioplasty perioperative. Methods 80 patients were randomly .divided equally into observation group and control group, the patients in observation group were nursed by comfortable mode, and the patients in control group were nursed by normal way, comparing both the nursing effect. Results The HAMA - 14 score of all the patients in both groups didn＇t indicate statistics difference when they were admitted to the hospital （P 〉 0.05）; 1 h Before surgery, The HAMA - 14 score of the patients in observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The psychological and physiological comfort rating of all the patients in both groups didn＇t indicate statistics difference when they were admitted to the hospital （P 〉 0.05）; When they leave hospital, the psychological and physiological comfort score of the observation group patients is obviously superior to the control group, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. In the observation group, 29 cases were satisfied with the nursing work very much, 10 cases were satisfied, and 1 case was not satisfied. In the control group,8 cases were satisfied with the nursing work very much, 25 cases were satisfied, and7 cases were not satisfied, and the difference indicated statistics meaning （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion comfortable nursing can effectively reduce the patient＇s anxiety to inguinal hernia patients in tension-free hernioplasty preoperative, and improve physical and psychological comfort, and the nursing quality satisfaction, which could promote the patient＇s rehabilitation.
