摘要
目的研发应急医学救援药品筹备系统，为处置各类突发公共事件及灾害医学救助的应急药品筹备工作提供有力保障。方法通过对武警部队处置突发公共事件卫勤应急药品保障的深入调研，研究处置各类突发事件任务时药材的需求和配备规律，研发应急救援行动药品保障计算机模块化管理系统，利用现代化筹备手段对突发应急保障药品进行筹备、管理及统计。结果确定了救援药品筹备系统的灾害救援种类、救援药品品种的科学分类及药材种类；利用计算机系统，自动生成应急卫勤救援药材筹备清单，进行药品模块的组装，成功研发了《应急医学救援药品筹备系统》。结论应急医学救援药品筹备系统为应急救援药品的科学配置提供了有效途径及思路。
Objective To develop a strategic system in managing of emergency medical rescue supply to provide effective assurance in dealing with various kinds of public safety issues and natural disasters. Methods Studying the aspect of emergency medical supply in responding implementation conducted by the forces, figure out the pattern of demand and supply, and develop a module on how to manage the medial supp!y for emergency rescue mission, mainly including preparation, ways to manage, as well as statistics. Results A database was created on types and classes of disasters, classification of the medical supplies. A list that requested emergency rescue supply was automatically generated by the computing system after identifying the type and class of the disasters and classification of the medical supply for the rescue mission. ＂Emergency rescue and medical supply system＂ was established. Conclusion A deliberate ＂emergency rescue and medical supply system＂ may facilitate a scientific and effective configuration.
