摘要
目的:探讨通脉愈心浓缩丸对颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)及血脂的影响。方法:选择颈动脉粥样硬化患者130例随机分为两组,对照组口服阿托伐他汀钙片,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用通脉愈心浓缩丸,1 a为1个疗程。结果:两组IMT及血脂均有明显改善(P<0.01),而且治疗后两组间比较也具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:通脉愈心浓缩丸能较好的降低颈动脉内中膜厚度及改善血脂水平。
Objectives：To study the effects of Tongmaiyuxin condensed pill on intima-media thickness （IMT） of carotid artery and bloodfat. Methods ：130 patients of carotid atherosclerosis were divided randomly into treatment group （65 cases） and control group （65 cases）. The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium while the treatment group was addtionally given Tongmaiyuxin condensed pill on the basis of the treatment given to the control group. The course of treatment of two groups was 1 year. Results ： Compared with the condition before treatment, both groups had significant improvement on intima-media thickness of carotid artery and blood-fat （P 〈 0.01 ）. Improvement on intima-media thickness of carotid artery and blood-fat showed significant difference between the two groups after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Tongmaiyuxin condensed pill can decrease intima-media thickness of carotid artery and improve blood-fat.
