摘要
民族地区高校师专学报面临着期刊评议认同危机、社会认同危机、校内认同危机等多重危机,给其生存与发展带来了前所未有的困境。民族地区高校师专学报应找准定位,明确办刊思路;优化栏目设置,打造特色栏目;全方位、多渠道拓展稿源;增强忧患意识,强化编辑队伍建设,以应对其生存发展的困境,积极探寻新的发展出路。
The teachers college＇s journal in ethnic region has to face the multiple crises such as the identity crisis of periodical evaluation,society and internality that has brought the unprecedented dilemma in existing and development.In order to break through the dilemma and find a new way of development,it should explores the means of ensuring the location and clearing the ideas of journal,optimizing the column setting and opening column with features,developing manuscript sources all-roundly and multiply,strengthening the awareness of unexpected development and the construction of edit team.
