摘要
药对是临床常用而相对固定的两味药物的配伍形式,是中药配伍中的一种特殊、高效的配伍形式,古今临床大家都有其独特的药对应用经验。杨晋翔教授其药对在脾胃病的应用上犹有鲜明的个性和独特的疗效,如八月札与绿萼梅治疗肝气犯胃;乌药与百合治疗津伤气滞;知母与黄柏治疗中焦郁热;萆薢与蚕砂治疗中焦湿热等等,其临床用药独具匠心,疗效卓著。
Couplet medicines are clinical commonly used and relatively fixed concerted application of two drugs.It is a kind of special,highly efficient concerted application in traditional Chinese medicine.Both of the ancient and modern famous clinical physicians have their own couplet medicines clinical application experience.Professor YANG Jin-xiang is one of them,who is the secretary of the party committee of the third affiliated hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,doctoral supervisor and expert of spleen and stomach diseases.His couplet medicines used in spleen and stomach diseases has a distinct personality and unique efficacy,such as fiveleaf akebia fruit and polygonum officinale for liver qi invading stomach;The root of three-nerved spicebush and Bulbus Lilii for stagnation of qi induced by Jin injury;Rhizoma anemarrhenae and amur cork tree Bark for hot and suffocating in middle Jiao;Yam rhizome and Feculae Bombycis for heat-dampness in middle Jiao.His clinical drug use has great originality and curative effect.
