摘要
为了适应新世纪对高素质医学人才需求的挑战,我国高等医学院校在探索一条符合国情的医学人才培养道路,本研究通过收集和分析英国高等院校医学人才培养模式的相关资料与经验,与我国目前普遍实行的医学教育模式进行比较,分析其优缺点,以期为我国医学教育改革提供参考。
To meet the challenge of needs for highly qualified medical talents in the new century, Chi- na＇s medical colleges and universities are exploring a medical personnel training program fit for the domestic situation. We collected the related data about the medical training mode and experience in British institutions of higher learning, and analyzed its advantages and disadvantages compared with the domestic mode, which can be reference value for medical education reform in China.
