摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术联合GnRHa治疗巧克力囊肿的临床疗效。方法 100例需行腹腔镜手术的巧克力囊肿患者按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组(n=50)。全部患者均行腹腔镜下巧克力囊肿剥除术,观察组从术后月经来潮第1天起常规给予肌注GnRHa(达菲林)3.75mg/次,每28d用药1次,周期性治疗3个疗程。随访3年,观察两组的各项疗效指标。结果观察组的疼痛缓解率(72.5%)高于对照组(42.5%);而囊肿复发率(12.5%)低于对照组(37.5%),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术联合GnRHa治疗巧克力囊肿具有疼痛缓解率高,术后复发率低等优点,优于单独手术,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRHa in treatment of chocolate cyst.Methods According to the admission of the order,the chocolate cyst of the 100 patients required laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into observation and control groups（n=50）.All patients underwent laparoscopic chocolate cystectomy,which observation group were given intramuscularly GnRHa（Dafei Lin） from menstrual cramps after the first day of the regular 3.75mg / 1 28d medication,periodic treatment 3course of treatment,followed up for 3 years.Observed the efficacy endpoint of the two groups.Results pain observation group response rate（72.5%） than control group（42.5%）;cyst recurrence rate（12.5%） than the control group（37.5%）,the difference between groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRHa has the advantages of high rate of pain relief,low recurrence in treatment of chocolate cyst is better than surgery alone,should be widely applied.
