摘要
近年来,我国高职教育发展迅速,在高等教育的队伍中占据越来越重要的地位。同时,企业也对高职教育提出了更高的要求,希望高职院校在培养高素质人才的同时加强企业文化的教育。因此,讨论校园文化与企业文化的区别,分析高职校园文化建设目前存在的问题,讨论校园文化与企业文化融合的必要性显得尤为重要。
In recent years higher vocational education in our country has been developing rapidly, and it takes a more and more important position in higher education. At the same time enterprises make a higher request to higher vocational education, hoping that higher vocational colleges strengthen the education of enterprise culture while fostering the high - quality talents. Therefore it is more and more important to discuss the differences between campus culture and enterprise culture, to analyze the problems at present in campus culture construction of higher vocational colleges, and the necessity of the connection and integration of campus culture and enterprise culture.
