摘要
目的:研究广东海风藤挥发油GC-MS指纹图谱。方法:运用GC-MS分析10批次广东海风藤挥发油样品,所得TIC图谱采用"中药色谱指纹图谱计算机相似性评价系统"软件进行模式分析及相似度计算,并对主要特征峰成分进行检识和SPSS聚类分析。结果:标定出23个共有特征峰,相似度(全谱)计算结果偏低,通过聚类分析结果可将样品分为Ⅲ类。结论:本方法重复性好,所建立的指纹图谱为广东海风藤挥发油的质量控制提供了有效手段。
Objective : To study the fingerprint of volatile oil from Kadsura heteroclita by GC-MS. Methods : 10 batches of Kadsura heteroclita were analyzed by GC-MS. TIC profiles were evaluated by" Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation System". The eharacteristie peaks in chromatograms were identified. Hierarchical clustering analysis was performed by SPSS. Results :23 main peaks was established preliminarily from 10 batches. Resemblance values of 10 batches were a little low. 10 batches were divided into three main clusters based on hierarchical clustering analysis. Conclusion : With Good reproducibility, fingerprints established for volatile oil from Kadsura heteroclita provides an effective method for quality control.
