基于闭锁控制的煤矿供电系统防越级跳闸新方案 被引量:20

A New Scheme for Preventing Over-grade Trip in Power Supply System of Coal Mine Based on Locking Control

摘要 针对煤矿井下高压供电系统的越级跳闸及现有防越级方案存在的问题,提出了一种基于闭锁控制的防越级跳闸新方案。防越级系统主要由防越级综合保护器、短路闭锁控制器和通信线路组成。该方案使用的防越级综合保护器具有独立速断闭锁信号输入、输出接口,采用电气信号传输数据,具有传输速度快、时延小、可靠性高等优点。应用表明,该方案可靠性高,有效防止了越级跳闸事故的发生,具有很强的实用性。 To solve the problem of over-grade trip in underground high-voltage power supply system of coal mine,a new scheme for pre- venting over-grade trip was proposed based on locking control. The system is mainly composed of an over-grade trip preventing integra- tion protector, locking controller and communication lines. Over-grade trip preventing integration protector used in the scheme has stand- alone input and output interface of quick-break locking signal, and can transmit data by electric signals, and has high transmitting speed, small delay, and high reliability. The application shows that the scheme has high reliability, can prevent over-grade trip effectively and has certain practicality.
