在线动平衡中振动信号提取方法研究 被引量:14

摘要 论文介绍了一种适用于在线动平衡法的不平衡振动信号幅值和相位提取法。针对采集的不平衡信号混含大量噪声污染的问题,首先将采集的振动信号进行两级FIR滤波后再通过信号减法运算去除大幅值信号,同时对正弦信号发生器产生的正弦信号采用同样的两级滤波器滤波,然后通过对两信号互相关处理计算出不平衡信号的幅值和相位。MATLAB中的仿真结果显示,该方法消除了相位滞后对相位提取精度的影响,且提取的幅值和相位精度比传统互相关法有显著提高。 A precise method for amplitude and phase extraction of imbalance-causing vibration, used for on-line dy- namic mass balance, is introduced in this paper. In view of the actual collected vibration signals mixing imbalance-causing signal with large amounts of noise, firstly, filter the collected vibration signal by two FIR filters and then remove the large amplitude signals, at the same time, filter the sine signal by the same two filters, which is generated by sine signal genera- tor, secondly, cross-correlate the two above signals to calculated amplitude and phase of imbalance-causing vibration sig- nal.The simulation results in the MATLAB show that, this method not only can eliminate the ill influence on accuracy of phase extraction made by phase delay, but also can obtain the better extraction accuracy for imbalance vibration signal than traditional cross-correlation.
