摘要
肺癌是全球常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁着人们的身体健康,近年其发病率和病死率均有明显上升趋势。很多患者确诊时多已达到晚期,出现转移,错过手术时机。近年来临床应用多种治疗手段治疗中晚期肺癌,其有效治疗依赖于放疗、化疗、消融、免疫治疗等多种方法的有效配合。本文就目前临床常用的各种中晚期非小细胞肺癌联合治疗手段做一综述。
Lung cancer is a kind of commonly seen malignant tumor around the world,and it seriously threatens people′s health.Recent years have witnessed the increase of incidence and mortality of lung cancer.Many patients have already been in advanced stage with metastasis when diagnosed,missing the best operation time.Over the past few years,many treatments were used for advanced lung cancer,including the combined using of radiotherapy,chemotherapy,ablation and immunotherapy etc.This article summarizes the combined treatments for advanced non-small cell lung cancer that were commonly used in clinic.
