一类新型多电平逆变器的研究

Study on a Class of Novel Multi-level Inverters

摘要 研究了一类新型多电平逆变器,其拓扑结构为在两电平全桥电路的基础上加以改进,加入一个或多个双向辅助开关,构成五电平及以上电平逆变器拓扑。探讨了新型多电平逆变器的电路结构、工作原理和调制方法,并比较了它与传统多电平逆变器的异同。另外,通过仿真分析证明了该类电路的正确性和可行性。 A class of novel multi-level inverters has been researched, whose topology structure is an improvement over two-level full bridge circuit a five-level plus inverter topology with the addition of one or more bi-directional auxiliary switches. Then the novel inverters are compared with the traditional multi-level inverters in terms of the circuit structure, operating principle and modulation method. Finally, the simulation results validate the correctness and fea- sibility of such circuits.
