摘要
目的探讨在没有配备经直肠双平面探头及三维探头的情况下联合应用高频线阵探头、腹部凸阵探头及普通腔内探头诊断肛周脓肿及伴发肛瘘的价值。方法回顾分析150例联合应用高频线阵探头、腹部凸阵探头及腔内探头诊断肛周脓肿及伴发肛瘘的超声影像特征,并与手术结果进行对照。结果应用高频线阵探头对肛门周围间隙脓肿均能清晰显示,腹部凸阵探头对较深部位的坐骨肛管间隙的脓肿显示较线阵探头好,但高频探头及腹部探头对更深部位的骨盆直肠间隙脓肿和直肠后间隙的脓肿显示效果差,瘘管的显示率也较低,瘘管内口及其走向的显示率更低。联合应用腔内探头进行肛周超声检查肛周脓肿均能显示,显示率得到一定的提高,差异具有统计学意义。结论超声对肛周脓肿的诊断符合率高,对于肛周脓肿合并肛瘘联合应用三种探头是一种重要的检查方法,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To discuss the values of high-frequency linear array ultrasonography diagnostic probe associated abdominal convex array probe and common intracavitary probe in diagnosis of perianal abscess with anal fistula, on the case of no dual-plane transrectal probe and 3D probe. Methods The retrospective analyzed was done to compare the ultrasound imaging characteristics with surgical findings in 150 cases with perianal abscess with anal fistula. Results Application of high frequency line array probe to the anus surrounding clearance abscess all could clear display, abdominal convex array probe to deep parts of the ischial anal clearance abscess showed a linear array probe good, but high frequency probe and abdomen to probe deeper parts of the pelvic abscess and rectum rectum gap after the clearance of the abscess display effect was poor, fistula display rate was low, fistula in mouth and to display rate lower. The combined use of cavity probe to crissum ultrasound crissum abscess all could display, the display rate been improved, with statistical significance, the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion Ultrasonic to crissum abscess diagnosis coincidence rate is high, to crissum abscess merger anal fistula joint application of three kinds of probe are an important inspection method, it has a high application value.
