摘要 目的观察超声刀FOCUS在开放性甲状腺手术中的应用效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法 ,将接受甲状腺次全切除手术的92例患者随机分为超声刀组(观察组)和电刀组(对照组)各46例,超声刀组术中采用超声刀,电刀组采用传统电刀手术方法。观察比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流总量及术后并发症。结果超声刀组的手术时间、平均术中,出血量、术后引流总量与电刀组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组术后并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声刀FOCUS在开放性甲状腺手术中能显著减少术中出血量、明显缩短手术时间和减轻术后局部反应,且不增加术后并发症,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of ultrasonic scalpel (FOCUS) in open thyroid surgery. Methods Ninety-two patients who underwent subtotal thyroidectomy were randomly divided into the study group (n=46) and the control group (n=46). The patients in the study group were treated with ultrasound scalpel, while those in the control group were treated with conventional hemostasis. The total operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume, and surgical complications were compared between the two groups. Results There were significantly differences between the two groups in operation time, blood loss, and postoperative drain- age volume (P〈0.05). No statistically significant difference was found in complications between the two groups. Conclusion Application of harmonic scalpel in open thyroid surgery can decrease operation time, blood loss and postoperative local reactions, and does not increase postoperative complications, which is worthy to be pop- ularized.
