摘要
目的:进一步提高门诊就诊质量和效率,为患者提供一个良好的就诊秩序,缩短排队看病时间。方法:采用了网络化的方法将挂号、诊疗、检查、检验、收费、取药各个环节都与排队叫号紧密结合起来,设计并实现了门诊排队叫号系统。结果:该系统的运行优化了门诊诊疗流程,提高了医院门诊的工作效率,提升了医院的门诊形象。结论:该系统结构完整,实用性高、拓展性强,进一步提升了医院的数字化建设水平,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Objetive To develop a calling and queuing system to enhance the efficiency in the outpatient department. Methods Queuing and calling were combined with the steps of registration, treatment, examination, laboratory test and charging to develop the system, with network technology mobilized. Results The flow, efficiency of the outpatient department were improved. Conclusion The calling and queuing system for outpatient triage, with a high integrity, practicability and extendibility, contributes a lot to digital construction of the hospital.
