摘要
本文以韩国《限制垄断法》、《商法典》为核心，讨论韩国企业集团的法律规制，以期对我国企业集团的建立和规范有所裨益。
Taking law of limitation on Monopoly and Fair Trade and Commercial Code as core, a discussion is devoted to the law as rule and regulation of enterprise group in the Republic of korea. It is discussed in the hope of beneficial to the establishment and standardization of enterprise group in our country.
