活化诱导胞嘧啶核苷脱氨酶在肠型胃癌组织中的表达及与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系 被引量:1

Expression of activation induced cytidine deaminase and its relationship with helicobacter pylori in the development of intestinal-type gastric cancer

摘要 目的检测活化诱导胞嘧啶核苷脱氨酶(AID)蛋白在肠型胃癌发展过程中的表达及与幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)感染的关系,探讨其在肠型胃癌发生中的作用及H.pylori的致癌机制。方法采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测了AID蛋白在H.pylori阳性及阴性浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎肠化生和肠型胃癌中的表达情况,同时检测其与CDX2蛋白表达的相关性。结果 H.pylori阳性慢性浅表性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎肠化生、肠型胃癌组胃黏膜AID的表达率高于相应的H.pylori阴性组(P<0.05),萎缩性胃炎肠化生和肠型胃癌组胃黏膜AID的表达率高于慢性浅表性胃炎的表达率(P<0.05),萎缩性胃炎肠化生和肠型胃癌组AID的表达与CDX2表达均呈正相关(r=0.310,P<0.05;r=0.324,P<0.05)。结论 H.pylori慢性感染能导致胃黏膜上皮AID的异常表达,AID的异常表达可能参与了胃黏膜的肠化生及癌变。 Objective To investigate the expression of activation induced cytidine deaminase (AID) in the development of intestinal-type gastric cancer(IGC) and the relationship with H. pylori infection, and to investigate the role of AID and H. pylori in the carcinogenesis. Methods The expressions of AID in the chronic superficial gastritis ( CSG), chro- nic atrophic gastritis (CAG) with intestinal metaplasia (IM) and intestinal-type gastric cancer (ICJC) were detected with the immunohistochemical method, and H. pylori was detected. The relationship between AID and CDX2 was ana- lyzed. Results The expression rates of AID in the H. pylori- positive groups were higher compared with the H. pylori- negative groups(P 〈0.05). The expression rates of AID in CAG with IM and IGC were higher compared with CSG ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of AID was positively correlated to the expressions of CDX2 in CAG with IM and IGC ( r =0. 310, P 〈0. 05 ; r =0. 324, P 〈0.05). Conclusion H. pylori may induce abnormal expression of AID in the gastric epithelia and AID may contribute to the development of IGC.
