摘要
利用HyperMesh软件建立了跷板开关的有限元动力学模型,并通过LS-DYNA软件对开关工作过程作了虚拟仿真,得出了触点力随时间变化的规律;对触点力影响因素设计了三因素三水平的L9(34)正交试验,通过有限元仿真得到试验结果,并进行了极差分析,得出了各因素影响触点力大小的主次顺序,得出了触点力最大化的结构参数优组合。为跷板开关的优化设计提供了依据。
In this paper, the finite element dynamic model of toggle-switch was set up by HyperMesh software, and the switch working process was vertually simulated by LS-DYNA software. Thus, the law of contact force changing with time was obtained. The orthogonal test of three factors and three levels about influence factors of contact force was designed, and the experiment results were given through the finite element simulation. The influence factors of contact force were sequenced, and the structure parameter combination when contact force is maximum was found through methods of range analysis. This paper provides the basis for the optimization design of the toggle-switch.
