摘要
针对知识经济时代的新形势、新特点,分别介绍数字档案馆的现状和知识管理的含义及特点,分析现阶段数字档案馆实施知识管理的必要性与可行性,给出基于知识管理的数字档案馆的定义,重点从人员、组织结构、建档范围、业务流程等七个方面探讨基于知识管理理论的数字档案馆建设内容。
In view of the new situations and features of knowledge economy era, this paper introduces the digital archives status, the implications and features of knowledge management, analyses the necessity and feasibility of using knowledge management in digital archives at the present stage, gives out the conception of digital archives based on knowledge man- agement, and the contents of digital archives construction based on knowledge management theory, and discusses mainly from seven fields such as personnel, organizations, ranges of archives, operation procedures, etc.
