摘要
基于学术界的功利学术和馆员的学术浮躁之特征,探讨了馆员学术人格的基本概念,解读了馆员学术人格的内涵是学术与人格的辩证统一、学术魅力与人格魅力的辩证统一、服务性与学术性的辩证统一,归纳了馆员学术人格的理想特征,论述了馆员学术人格的构建策略,以求提升馆员的学术人格,促进图书馆事业健康发展。
This article explores the definition of academic personality based on utilitarian learning and academic impetuosity in academic community and interprets that the connotation of librarian＇s academic personality is the dialectical unity of the learning and personality, academic charm and personal charm, as well as service and academic. It induces the ideal features of academic personality as a librarian and expounds the measures of constructing the personality in order to improve it and thus promote the healthy development of library.
