摘要
分别利用苯洗涤、活性炭吸附和三氯甲烷萃取提纯了显色剂４－氨基安替比林，使挥发酚的分析方法的精密度得到显著的改善，检出限可以降到 １．０ μｇ／Ｌ以下。其中三氯甲烷萃取法可以使该方法的检出限达到０．２５ μｇ／Ｌ，较原方法降低近一个数量级。
Aminoantipyrine (4- AAP ) used in the spectrophotometric determination of volatile phenols was purified by the procedures: washed by benzene, adsorped by active carbon and extracted by chloroform. The precision of the original method was improved significantly and the detection limit was down to 1 .0 μg/L. In particular,the chloroform extraction method can degrade the detection limit to 0.25 μg/L and it's about one-tenth of the detection limit of the original method.
