摘要
合成了新试剂二安替比林对羟基苯乙烯基甲烷(DApHVM),并研究了其和格(Ⅵ)的显色反应,在磷酸介质中,Mh(Ⅱ)存在下,DApHVM在室温下和铬(Ⅵ)生成红色产物, λmax= 540 nm,ε= 1.76 x106L·mol-1·cm-1,铬(Ⅵ)含量在 0~ 30μg/L内符合比尔定律,方法用于环境水样中铬(Ⅵ)的测定,结果令人满意。
Diantipyryl-(p-hydroxy)-vinylphenylmethane (DApHVM) was synthesized and its color reaction with chromium(Ⅵ) was studied. In the presence of Mn(Ⅱ), DApHVM reacts with chromium(Ⅵ) to form a red product in phosporic acid medium. The molar absorptivity of the Cr(Ⅵ)-DApHVM complex is l .76 x 106L.mol-1. cm-1 at 540 nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the of 0 ~ 30 μg/L. This method has been applied to the determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in water with satisfactory results.
