摘要
该文在介绍鄱阳湖生态经济区矿产资源生态补偿机制存在问题的基础上,提出了制定生态补偿定价机制、建立矿产资源开发生态补偿的资金保障机制、建立矿产资源生态补偿机制的有效约束机制、建立矿产资源开发的补救性生态补偿制度等对策。
Mineral resources and ecological compensation mechanism problems of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone were in- troduced in this review. Furthermore, the ecological compensation mechanisms of pricing, financial security, effective restraint, reme- dial ecological compensation system were proposed as countermeasures for the future.
