摘要
对汽轮机汽门严密性试验方法进行了探讨,并对合格转速计算公式进行分析和修正,根据修正后的计算公式和试验方法对大唐锦州热电有限公司2号汽轮发电机组进行了试验,证明方法及计算公式合理,达到节能效果,同时提高了试验的安全性,为其它再热机组的使用提供借鉴。
This paper makes discussion on the steam turbine valve leak test methods,and recommend a new formula of calculation and test methods,according to the newly recommended calculation formula and test methods in No.2 steam turbine generator unit test for Datang Jinzhou Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.The experiment shows the method is feasible,and improves the safety of the test and can be extended to other units.
