摘要
目的观察耳穴贴压配合降温贴对缓解鼻内镜术后头痛的效果。方法将180例鼻部手术患者随机分为两组,治疗组90例,对照组90例。治疗组在术后24 h内予以耳穴贴压配合降温贴治疗,对比两组患者手术后头痛情况。结果治疗组患者鼻部手术后8 h、16 h、24 h头痛较对照组明显减轻。结论耳穴贴压配合降温贴能缓解鼻内镜术后头痛感,增加患者舒适度,缓解患者术后情绪。
Objective To observe the treatment effect of auricular point sticking combined with cooling gel sheet for headache after nasal endoscopy. Method A hundred and eighty patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group right after nasal surgery, 90 in each group. Patients in the treatment group received auricular point sticking therapy and cooling gel sheet in 24 h after surgery. The two groups were compared with each other in headache severity. Result The headache severity in the treatment group was significantly slighter than that in the control group. Conclusion Integrative use of auricular point sticking and cooling gel sheet is effective in relieving headache after nasal endoscopy, making patients feel more comfortable and helping patients＇ mood.
