摘要
地方本科高校培养应用型人才是国家人才培养战略调整的重要举措,是教育在经济社会发展中转方式调结构的必然选择。应用型人才培养体系建设应立足学科专业建设、课程和教学体系建设、教学支持和保障体系建设三大系统工程:强化以应用型人才培养为导向的学科专业建设,强调以应用型人才培养为目标的课程和教学体系建设,完善以提升应用型人才培养质量为指导的教学支持和保障体系建设。
To cultivate application-oriented talents in local undergraduate colleges and universities is not only the significant countermeasure of the adjustment of national talents training strategy, but also the inevitable choice for education to change the pattern and mechanism in the economic and social development. The system construction of application-oriented talents training of local undergraduate colleges and universities should be based on the three systems of the development of subject and specialty, curriculum and teaching, teaching support and guarantee, which means that we should reinforce the subject and specialty development with the cultivation of application-oriented talents as the orientation, attach importance to the curriculum and teaching system development with the cultivation of application-oriented talents as the goal, and intensify the teaching support and guarantee system development with the improvement of the quality of application-oriented talents as the guidance.
