摘要 该系统在传统故障考核系统的基础上增加了三维仿真技术,全程模拟仿真工业现场生产线的操作流程,帮助教师更好地考核学生的设备组装与设备检修能力,提高学生的实际操作能力。并且通过遮挡剔除技术、基于细节层次的简化、多线程处理机制等多种策略进行优化,以保证场景绘制的流畅性。 Based on the traditional fault checking system, the 3D simulation technology was added to develop the system which simulated the whole operating process of the industrial production line. With the help of the system, teachers can measure students' skills in equipment installation and maintenance more efficiently, and students can improve their practical operation ability. With occlusion culling,levels of detail and multitask operating system, the 3D scene visualization was formalized to an optimal problem of image quality with the restriction of time and space condition.
