摘要
经过长期建设与发展,我国高校社会体育专业人才培养规模和质量取得了较大成绩。在社会主义市场经济条件下,社会经济环境和高等教育自身条件的巨大变化对专业建设和发展提出了新的要求。社会体育专业存在人才培养目标过分强调"专业对口"的教育观念,缺乏明确的素质和能力要求、人才培养规格求大求全、办学特色不突出和社会体育指导员管理混乱等方面的问题,相当程度地制约了高校社会体育专业可持续健康发展。建议以社会需求为改革重点,合理地修订高校本科专业目录,调整社会体育本科专业培养目标,进一步明确院校办学定位,全面发展学生的专业素质和综合素质,通过建立健全社会体育指导员管理体制,为高校社会体育专业建设提供发展空间和制度保障。
After long - term construction and development, the universities in our country social sports professional talent training scale and quality made great achievements. In socialist market economy condition, the social economy environment and the higher education condition of the tremendous changes in the specialty construction and develop- ment put forward new requirements. Social sports majors have talent too much emphasis on " professing" education concept, a lack of clear the quality and ability of talent training requirements, specifications, too, the characteristics of a school not outstanding jellyfish and social sports instructor management confusion, and other aspects of the prob- lem, a degree to restrict the college social sports professional sustainable healthy development. Suggestions to the so- cial demand as the reform will, reasonably revised college undergraduate course major directory, adjust social sports undergraduate professional training objectives, and further define the orientation of colleges and universities, the com- prehensive development of students'professional quality and comprehensive quality, and through the establishment of a sound social sports instructor management system, the university social sports professional construction development space and provide the system guarantee.
