摘要
纤维素酶在能源、饲料、食品、纺织、造纸等方面广泛应用,对改善目前资源紧张、粮食短缺的状况,人类可持续发展和寻找替代能源有重要意义。为了更好的选育到适合需求的高产纤维素酶菌株,综述了筛选土壤、腐殖质、粪便及酒曲等固体环境样品、温泉和极地海洋等液体环境样品和昆虫、动物体内、植物组织、真菌等生物体内样品,以得到纤维素酶高产菌株的研究,其中来自不同土壤样品中的纤维素产生菌最多。为了找到理想的高产菌株,还需在以下几个方面加强研究:(1)在纤维素酶最有利的生长的环境条件下进行筛选;(2)同时筛选几种类似功能的酶用于相关方面的应用研究;(3)筛选不同土壤环境,从中选择出较好的纤维素酶。
Cellulase is one important enzyme which is widely used in energy, food, textile and paper making. It has significant meaning to solve the problem of energy crisis, food crisis and sustainable human development. In order to find out the perfect high-yield cellulase strains, the screening of solid environmental samples such as soil, humus, feces and the yeast of distiller, liquids environmental samples such as hot springs and polar oceans, organism samples such as insects, animals, plant tissue and fungus, were reviewed in this paper. And most of the cellulase strains were found out by different soil samples. At the same time, the following aspects should be strengthened to find out the ideal high-yield strains: (1) the samples should be the most favorable growth environment conditions of cellulase strains, (2) screen several different cellulase strains which had the same function for the relevant applied research, (3) screen the different soil environment samples as far as possible to choose a better cellulase enzyme.
