复发Ⅰ型神经纤维瘤病一例报道

1病例介绍
患者，男性，26岁，因右胸壁纤维瘤切除术后复发入院。患者分别于2007年、2008年2次于右胸壁相同部位行肿物切除术，术后病理（见封三，图1）确诊为神经纤维瘤病Ⅰ型（Neurofibromatosis type 1,NF1）。
