摘要
[目的]探讨临床护理路径在白内障合并糖尿病手术病人中的应用。[方法]对60例白内障合并糖尿病手术病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组采用传统的护理模式,观察组实施临床护理路径。比较两组病人住院时间、住院费用、满意度及疾病相关知识掌握程度。[结果]观察组病人住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,满意度及疾病相关知识掌握程度高于对照组。[结论]在白内障合并糖尿病手术病人中应用临床护理路径,可缩短住院时间、降低医疗费用、提高病人的满意度和疾病相关知识掌握程度。
Objective： To probe into the application of clinical nursing path- way for cataract patients complicated with diabetes undergoing operation. Methods：A total of 60 cases of cataract patients complicated with diabetes undergoing operation were randomly divided into observation group and con- trol group,30 cases in each,the control group cases received traditional nurs- ing model, implementation of clinical nursing path for observation group. Then the hospitalization time, hospitalization costs, satisfaction and diseases related knowledge mastering degree were compared between both groups. Results：Compared with the control group, the hospital stay of observation group patients was shorter, the hospitalization cost was lower, and the degree of satisfaction and disease - related knowledge mastering were higher. Con- clusion：The application of clinical nursing path in cataract patients compli- cated with diabetes undergoing operation can shorten the hospital stays, reduce medical costs,and improve the satisfaction degree and disease - related knowledge mastering degree of patients.
