摘要
应用3个抗性回归模型对30份野生稻材料的褐飞虱和白叶枯病抗性进行了分析,并与田间接种鉴定结果进行比较,结果表明,大部分野生稻材料对褐飞虱和白叶枯病的抗性用模型拟合的结果与接种鉴定结果基本相符;从拟合结果看,供试野生稻材料中,60%抗褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ,80%抗褐飞虱孟加拉型,73.3%抗白叶枯病,其中W089东乡普通野生稻、W001佛冈普通野生稻、药用野生稻、长雄蕊野生稻、宽叶野生稻、小粒野生稻等同时抗褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ和孟加拉型以及白叶枯病。
Three regressive models of resistance established by the authors were used to evaluate the resistance of 30 accessions of wild rice to brown planthopper (Nilaparvata lugens Stal, BPH) and bacterial leaf blight (Xanthomonas oryzae pv. Oryzae, BLB), and the fitted results were compared with those of inoculated field resistance identification. The results showed that the model-fitted scores of resistance to BPH and BLB were basically consistent to those identified in fields through inoculation for most of the tested wild rice materials. Based on the fitted scores of resistance, 60% of the tested wild rice materials were resistant to the biotype II BPH, 80% resistant to the Bangladesh type BPH and 73.3% resistant to BLB. Among them, Dongxiang common wild rice ( O. ruffpogon) W089, Fogang common wild rice (O. rufipogon) W001, the wild rice materials of O. officinalis, the wild rice O. longistaminata from Mali, the wild rice O. latifolia and the wild rice O. minuta had multiple resistance to the biotype II BPH, Bangladesh type BPH and BLB.
