摘要
以均聚聚丙烯(PP)为原料,乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物(OBC)为增韧材料,采用双螺杆挤出和注塑成型方法制备PP/OBC共混材料,用SEM、DSC分析OBC对PP断面相结构和结晶性能的影响,测试共混材料的力学性能。结果表明:OBC在PP基体中分散较均匀,形成了以PP为连续相,OBC为分散相的"海-岛"结构;含20%OBC的PP/OBC共混材料,与纯PP材料相比,熔融峰温度和熔点分别下降了4.47和4.81℃,熔融结晶温度上升2.3℃,缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率分别提高了142.43%和2.77倍,柔韧性大幅度提高。
Polypropylene (PP)/ethylene-octene block copolymer (OBC) were prepared with a twin-screw extruder and injection molding. The effects of OBC on morphology and crystalline behavior of the blends were investigated by SEM and DSC. The mechanical properties of the blends were also tested. The results showed that the OBC were uniformly dispersed in PP matrix,formed the polypropylene for continuous phase, OBC as the disperse phase of the "sea-island" structure;compared with PP,with 20 % OBC in PP/OBC blends, molten peak temperature and melting point were decreased 4. 47 and 4. 81℃ respectively, the crystallization temperature was increased by2. 3℃, the notched impact strength and elongation at break increase by 142.43 % and 2.77 times respectively,and the toughness also improved greatly.
