摘要
针对多目标方案决策评估所面临的因素不确定性,将信息论中的熵值理论应用于多目标方案决策体系中,提出构建基于熵权的层次分析法(AHP法)模糊综合评价模型。运用信息熵所反映数据本身的效用值来计算评价指标的权重系数,再运用模糊层次分析法对方案集进行评价排序,确定最佳方案。
With regard to the uncertainty of the factors for multi-objective decision-making,the entropy theory of the information theory is applied in multi-objective decision-making.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) based on entropy weight is proposed.The weight of evaluation index is calculated by using the effectiveness of the data itself which the information entropy reflects,and then the fuzzy AHP is employed to evaluate the sequence of program set so as to determine the best program.The proposed method can effectively solve the problem of difficult weight distribution and make certain theoretical basis for the determination of the weight.
