摘要
目的探讨中西医结合在小儿秋季腹泻中的应用价值。方法 72例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,每组36例,观察组给予中西医结合治疗,对照组仅给予常规西医治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患儿大便恢复时间、临床症状改善时间以及总疗程均显著短于对照组(P均<0.01);两组患儿均无明显不良反应出现。结论中西医结合可在抗病毒、纠正水、电解质平衡紊乱的基础上温经通络、驱寒散邪、调整胃肠功能,促进患儿尽快恢复胃肠功能,且不良反应较少,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of traditional medicine combined with western medicine on children autumn diarrhea. Methods 72 children with autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into the observation group （n=36） and the control group （n=36）, the observation group were treated by traditional medicine combined with western medicine, and the control group were treated with western medicine only, then the clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups. Results Stool recovery time, improvement of clinical symptoms and the total course of treatment of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group （P〈0.01）, and there was no significant adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion Traditional medicine combined with western medicine has exactly effects in children with autumn diarrhea, and with less adverse reaction, it＇s worthy of promotion.
