摘要
针对我国钢铁行业所消耗焦炭有65%由独立焦化企业供应的状况,重点从节能、环保的角度分析了这种产业结构带来的问题,明确了提高资源、能源利用效率的潜力和方向,系统分析了焦化-钢铁多联产系统在实现煤炭资源、煤气资源、余热资源的高效利用和过程清洁方面的技术集成与流程优势。
From the point of view energy saving and environmental protection,analyzed the problems of the unreasonable structure of iron and steel industry which 65% of coke consumption was provided by independent coking enterprises.The potential and direction for improving resources and energy efficiency was pointed out clearly.The advantages of the coking-steel co-production system were analyzed in the respects of the use of coal resources,coal gas and waste heat.
