摘要 为研究钢纤维的表面形态对混凝土的综合性能的影响,对钢纤维进行了电镀铜处理,得到表面粗糙的钢纤维,再将光滑面和粗糙面的钢纤维分别掺入混凝土中,开展了对比试验并进行了分析.试验结果表明:表面粗糙的钢纤维与混凝土的黏结强度和光面的钢纤维相比有所增长;钢纤维混凝土的抗折强度提高约10%;表面粗糙的钢纤维对混凝土的增韧作用提升幅度达30%. In order to study the effect of surface shape of steel fiber on properties of concrete, the steel fiber was processed by copper plating at first, and the steel fiber with rough surface was obtained, then the steel fiber with smooth surface and the one with rough sur-face were incorporated into the concrete and compared with each other in the test. The results showed that the bond strength between the steel fiber with rough surface and the concrete was enhanced compared with the smooth one; the flexural strength of steel fiber rein- forced concrete increased about 10%. The toughening effect of steel fiber with rough surface on the concrete enhanced up to 30%.
