摘要
目的:探讨解剖钢板内固定联合中药外洗治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析我院胫骨平台骨折患者临床资料,依据固定方式不同分为观察组(解剖钢板内固定联合中药外洗治疗组)40例和对照组(单纯解剖钢板内固定治疗组)40例。结果:观察组术后Rasmussen膝关节功能评分优良率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:解剖钢板内固定联合中药外洗治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效明显,恢复良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To approach curative effect of fracture of tibial plateau by anatomical plate Internal fixation and washing with Chinese herbal medicine.Method To retrospective analysis of clinical data of fracture of tibial plateau patients in our hospital,which was to be divided into detection group（anatomical plate Internal fixation and washing with Chinese herbal medicine group）40 cases and control group（pure anatomical plate Internal fixation group）40 cases.Result The rasmussen postoperative knee function scores excellent and good rate of detection group were higher than control group,P〈0.05,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The curative effect of fracture of tibial plateau by anatomical plate Internal fixation and washing with Chinese herbal medicine was obviously and good recovery,which was to be used.
