摘要
目的 :观察凯妮汀治疗妊娠霉菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法 :将早孕期、中孕期及晚孕期合并霉菌性阴道炎的患者 4 6例 ,给予凯妮汀 50 0 mg阴道片剂放入阴道一粒 ,于用药后第 4 d,再次阴道用药 50 0 mg一粒 ,分别观察用药 3～ 7d及 2～ 3周时的临床症状改善情况及实验室真菌学检查。结果 :用药 3～ 7d时 ,临床治愈率为 80 .4 % ,有效率为 15.2 % ,总有效率为 95.6 % ,真菌学涂片治愈率为 91.3%。用药后第 2～ 3周临床治愈率为 91.3% ,有效率为 6 .5% ,总有效率为 97.8% ,真菌学涂片治愈率为 97.8%。结论
Objective:[WT5BZ]To observe the effects of canesten in treating candidal vaginitis in pregnancy.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]Put a canesten of 500mg into each vagina of 46 patients who have candidal vaginitis.Some of them are in the early pregnancy,some of them are in the middle pregnancy and others are in last pregnancy.Put another canesten of 500mg into vagina at the 4th day after puring the medicine and observe clinical symptoms and results of mycology examination after 3 to 7 days and 2 to 3 weeks respectively.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]After 3 to 7 days,the clinical cure rate is 80.4%.Effective rate is 15.2%.The total effective rate is 95.6%.The mycology smear cure rate is 91.3%.After 2 to 3 weeks,the corresponding rates are 91.3%,6.5%,97.8% and 97.8% respectively.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]Canesten has positive curative effects for candidal vaginitis in pregnancy.
