摘要
从护理临床带教老师本身素质、法律意识、教学方法上发现问题并制定相应的措施,让护生在实习过程中巩固了知识,锻炼了技能,积累了经验,为今后从事护理工作奠定了基础,带教老师在教中学,提高了护理质量,同时提高教学质量,达到了双赢的效果。
This paper explores problems from the aspects of the teacher's quality,legal awareness and teaching method,and then proposes relevant measures,which makes nursing students strengthen their knowledge,practice skills and accumulate experience in fieldwork,so as to lay foundation for future nursing work.Meanwhile,teachers also learn in this process and have improved teaching quality.
