摘要
微波限幅器作为一种重要的微波控制器件被广泛应用于微波信号接收机等系统中。介绍了一种利用PIN二极管作为限幅管的限幅电路设计,设计中先利用ADS软件对限幅电路进行优化仿真,得到了较好的特性曲线后再根据仿真后的电路参数制作出具体的限幅器,制作出的限幅器得到了良好的性能,且极大的简化了设计工作。该限幅器在DC-3 GHz的工作频段内其插入损耗≤2dBm,驻波比≤2,满足设计要求。
As an important microwave control component,microwave limiter is widely used in microwave systems such as microwave signal receiver.In this paper introduces an electric circuit designing of limiter which is designed by using PIN diode.In the first,ADS is used to optimize and simulate in this design,a good data curve is obtained in the simulation. After the simulation,a microwave limiter is made according to the electric circuit.The limiter's function is very good and the workload is greatly cutted down.This limiter's working frequency is from DC to 3 GHz,and it have very little insertion loss and low voltage standing wave ratios (VSWR).The theory and methods mentioned above is successfully demonstrated.
