摘要
先对涤纶纤维进行碱减量处理 ,然后在液相中使苯胺在涤纶纤维表面原位聚合而制得聚苯胺涂层导电涤纶纤维。讨论了氧化剂与苯胺的初始摩尔比、苯胺单体浓度、掺杂酸浓度、反应温度及反应时间对纤维导电性能的影响。结果表明 ,该导电涤纶纤维的电导率在 1 0 - 2 ~ 1 0 - 5 S.cm- 1 范围内 ,且基本保持了其原有的力学性能。扫描电镜 (SEM)
Electrically conductive PET fiber was prepared by means of in-situ polymerization of aniline onto the surface of alkali treated PET fiber. The effects of concentrations of aniline、oxidizing agent、doping agent, and the reaction temperature and period on the conductivity of the composite fiber were discussed. The polyaniline coated PET fiber possessed good conductivity(σ=10 -2 ~10 -5 S.cm -1 ).In the mean time, they maintained good mechanical properties. The SEM micrograph showed that the conductive PET fiber had skin-core structure.
