摘要
SiO2薄膜具有良好的硬度以及耐磨抗蚀等特性,在金属表面防护方面有着广泛应用。结合其制备及改性方法,系统介绍了近年来SiO2薄膜在金属基体表面防护方面的研究进展,重点关注不锈钢、镁、铝等几种较活泼金属,同时总结了该领域面临的一些问题并展望了今后的发展方向。
SiO2 coating is now widely used in the field of metal surface protection due to its wear and corrosion resistance and has attracted much attention. With a brief introduction of preparation and modification processes, the research progress of SiO2 coatings for metal surface protection in recent years is reviewed. Several kinds of metals, for instance, stainless steel, magnesium and aluminum etc, can be effectively protected by SiO2 coatings. Moreover, the future prospect and challenge are mentioned as well.
