摘要
目的探究胰岛素泵在急性心脑血管病变中的应用。方法回顾笔者所在医院2009年5月～2011年9月收治的50例发生急性心脑血管病变的糖尿病患者的临床资料。按照治疗方法的不同平均分为实验组25例和对照组25例。实验组采用皮下注射胰岛素的方法,而对照组采用胰岛素泵的方法,对比7d后两组患者的血糖变化。结果实验组患者血糖较为稳定,无明显波动,且没有出现低血糖现象;对照组患者的血糖波动较大,其中4位患者出现低血糖,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性心血管病变患者采用胰岛素泵治疗能有效维持血糖平稳,有较高的使用价值。
Objective To explore the application of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion in the treatment of acute cerebrovascular disease.Methods 50 cases of diabetics from May in 2009 to Sep.in 2011 were analyzed retrospectively and they were divided into experiment group and control group according to different treatment,each group has 25 cases of diabetics.Subcutaneous insulin infusion was given to the experiment group and CSII were given to the control group.The changes of blood glucose were compared between two groups.Results The blood glucose of experiment group was steady and none of them were hypoglycemia.Great fluctuation of blood glucose were taken place in the control group,4 cases of patients were hypoglycemia（P0.05）,the difference were statistically significant.Conclusion Continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion has great effect on treatment of acute cerebrovascular disease.
