摘要
目的探讨改良大隐静脉高位结扎加剥脱术的临床功效。方法回顾性分析笔者所在科室2008年9月～2012年3月下肢大隐静脉的治疗过程,传统组与改良组进行对比性研究。结果下肢大隐静脉的治疗的对比分析中,改良组出血量、手术时间及术后出院时间较传统组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用改良后方法能明显减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间及术后出院时间,是治疗大隐静脉曲张的有效方法。
Objective To explore the clinical-efficacy of the improvement saphenous vein high ligation and stripping. Methods The treatment process of lower extremity saphenous vein of our department from 2008 September to 2012 March was retrospective analyzed. The traditional group and improvement group were compared. Results In the comparative analysis of lower extremity saphenous vein in the treatment, improvement group＇s amount of bleeding, operation time and postoperative discharge time were shorter than the traditional group significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The improved method can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding in operation, shorten the operation time and postoperative discharge time. It is an effective method in treatment of varicose great saphenous vein.
